Cars as to be maintained for the money we pay. And told me the insurance given from holidays cars will not be valid. We need to pay external bond. So claimed the internal insurance from them. Had to pay extra from pocket.

Everything went very smoothly with my recent car hire with Eastcoast Car Rentals. I phoned the 1800 number on my arrival in Sydney and I was given instructions as to where to wait for the shuttle. The shuttle only takes about 4 minutes to the Eastcoast depot. I was served quickly even though there was quite a few groups picking up cars. The car was clean and in perfect condition. My trip was hassle free and the return to the depot took 2 minutes and I was able to get on the shuttle to the airport, straightaway. Overall, very efficient, late model vehicles, easy access from airport and a good price. I had pre-purchased insurance so I didn't have to pay anything extra. I highly recommend Eastcoast car rentals and Holidaycars was an easy way to book.

All went well, they were prompt to pick us up and also do bring us back to airport, and the vehicle was awaiting us when arrived.
This is a very minor thing but the van was a little dirty.

Eastcoast were able to handle my flight being moved a few hours earlier even if it did take two calls. Car was ready on my arrival and apart from the hard sell on insurance I had no issues.
Catching the bus back to the airport was a bit more difficult than it should have been. Despite the fact we were dropping the keys off and walking to the bus to the Airport it left without us. We were told we could wait inside in the Air-Con out of the heat to catch the next bus. Annoyingly the second bus to turn up didn't park where we could see it while sitting down and by the time a staff member asked if we were wanting to catch the shuttle to the airport we were too late. Still made our flight but was a bit frustrating
