Car ran well. Ended up taking the car back to Morrabin where the staff were fabulous and helpful.
- have the car ready when the customer arrives. Go with the client to the car if possible and don’t just tell them to take photos of any scratches, which was near impossible given the car was still covered in water, and getting dark. - explain how to exit the car park. - given the clients in their 60,s it would be helpful to ensure they knew about a button handbrake, as we had never seen one.

The service is excellent as soon as you arrive at the counter whether in the sydney international airport terminal or at the collection office in the carpark. I have often extended my car rental via the collection office without the need to go into the terminal counter. The prices offered were also the best available from any company and the cars that they have available are the latest model and cleanest that they can provide. I have also been upgraded free when my class of car was not available, unlike others which actually try to charge you extra. Keep up the great work Hertz/Firefly!

Collecting the car from Hertz at Perth airport was quick and simple. There was no queue so was able to quickly complete the paperwork and get the keys. The service was efficient and friendly. One of the big positives was that the person working there did try and push extras on to me, like the premium insurance. Most hire companies try and do this so this was a refreshing change. The car was easy to find, ready to go, with a full tank of fuel and overall was in excellent condition. The return process was also simple, with the person on the car park doing a quick check of the car. We were done in a couple of minutes and on our way to get the flight. I'll definitely use Hertz again the next time I'm in Perth.

Clean car overall very positive car hire experience
Lack of staff on arrival had us waiting for nearly 30mins to collect car. Also car was not full of fuel when we collected so a little disappointed.

Sudney and its travel on general suck, but hertz was so so easy and quick to deal with, we pre booked our car and then once landed in sydney, we went straight to the help desk where a man there helped us know how to get to our destination with a map and I payed a little extra for navigation which he ended up just giving us a better far instead with it inbuilt.
I think everything went pretty smoothly! The only thing I dont like is leaving the deposit because I only have a small creditcard and it takes up almost half, but no biggie!

The car we recieved was an upgrade of what we booked. It was clean and comfortable and extremely easy to drive. It was a smallish car and practical to drive around the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast is beautiful and full of things to do, which means you're never bored. But a hire car is essential if you want to get around cheaply. Public transport is available but after paying for all the tickets it was cheaper and easier to hire.
I'm 23, which says on the holidays cars website that that is an acceptable age, however when we got to hertz I had pay extra because I was under 25. I would've liked to of read that before booking so I could factor that into me budget.

Just the car we had ordered. Clean, full of fuel and was superbly comfortable for our epic drive up the Indian Ocean Coast and back. Carried all our luggage, and some our friends belongings too! Once unloaded it carried all 6 of us around comfortably and safely thanks to the ISOFIX seating for our friends little ones. Staff at the airport really friendly even though it was Boxing Day. Return of the vehicle was also really easy and allowed us to continue our adventure in Australia.
None - exemplary service. Really quick and efficient.
