Hired a car in Interrent by holidaycars.com website. Was obliged to pay in Interrent office extra money (170 Euro!!) for insurance even if it was paid a full cover NoRiskWarranty+ during reservation process. Put a complaint via holidaycars website. No one even answered. Strongly do not recommed it.

Rental office is in Terminal Area and vehicle pickup is a short 2 minute walk.
We had to point out many dents and scratches on the vehicle that hadn't been previously recorded by the hire company.

The staff were very friendly. Luckily they were speaking english. They were fast and explained the renting process. Provided us with a map and tips for the island. Full tank at pick-up was good.
We didn't know about service costs. It would be better to include them in the initial paid price, otherwise it is an unpleasant surprise. Also, disadvantage that full tank is charged at the beginning and it is to be returned based on consumption.
