couldnt book a 7 seater over the internet sop was forced to book 2 cars (6 pax) got to their aiRport and was told could do so but she tried up-selling me all sorts of insurances and so it was all a bit confusing. By arrival at the airport of Catania, we didn't had to search for the Locauto desk: it is right in front of you when you exit the area ot luggage belts. It was quite busy, so we had to wait a couple of minutes. In the meantime an extra employee of Locauto started to work to reduce the waiting line. The guy behind the desk (Federico) was very friendly and helpfull. He even upgraded our rental car for a small amount extra (€30). We decided to agree to the deal, it was totally worth it! Instead of a Renault Clio (or similar) we rented a Volvo V40 D2 with gps! He took all the time to explain the contract and answered all our questions. After that we picked up our car, inspected the car with the friendly guy who even changed the language of the gps (our Italian isn't that good...) and even helped us to find our first destination. After 2 weeks we returned the car, at the pick up point. We had no issues and after 1 working day we received an e-mail that the deposit will be refund as soon as possible. All I can say: great service!

Car was a good car
Don't take 1,000 euros deposit. I will never book again with you I didn't got the paper with the eventual scratches when I took the car He told me he will email me. I never received it. I came 2 hours after the date line : they charged me 170 euros. Never again!
