One of the best hire car pickup ever! No queue at the desk in the terminal and after a short walk to the car lot, both representatives were friendly and efficient. After a brief explanation of the car and advice on leaving the airport, we were ready to leave within 5 minutes.
As we were planning to return the car to Los Angeles airport, it would have been helpful to have the return address or a plan of its location.

National rental car has very good prices without any extra fees for young driver.We took the car very quickly.The car was very good,clean and as we wanted to be.Finally,we delivered the car and the procedure was really quick.
I suggest that the company must have staff who can speak the english lanquage fluently because we had problems in our communication.

Although i got offloaded but my intime information to the desk by phone and later follow up with the helpful staff let us adjust the booking accordingly. The help desk procedure was smooth. As they did not only adjusted to my request but also upgraded me due non availability of my requested category. I loved the Upgrade I recieved
They should try providing easy pass for toll free passage through out the drive.

Nice car and decent counter and ground staff.
They do not have a counter at terminal 2. so not advisable for passengers coming and going from terminal 2.

I really enjoyed my stay. I really wanted the Jeep two door soft top but ended up with the four door hardtop which actually worked out better since it was very wet when we were there.
Had to wait a long time to get the Jeep since they were busy cleaning it. Having a larger inventory of cars could help.

From Buffalo to Washinton D.C.,the drop off charge is more than $500,only told at the counter right before picking up,no notice or estimate of the charge when booking with prepay,much more expensive than Hertz's.
