Pittsburgh is a beautiful city. I love to go to the Rivers Casino, Three Rivers Stadium is awesome The river running through The city is very relaxing to walk along. The hills are great to climb up and down.

Do get to the airport early! Do give yourself at least an hour if you have to make connecting flights! Maybe an hour and a half! Sometimes the flights are late so you don't want to miss your connection. My flight had a medical emergency, so there was delay in getting off the plane. Do bring your headphones. :)

I had a long layover, delayed flight. So I walked around and looked in shops, got my steps in. There are some interesting things about the history of the airport throughout the terminals. Lost of good choices for food. Lots of different places to charge phones and hangout.

Pittsburgh's airport is very easy to get around. It was nice that the rental cars are right across the road from the airport.

I can say travel light when it comes to your carryon items. It will help you when you go through security. Another tip would be to watch what you wear, it’s ok to look nice but be aware of what you will need to remove when you go through the security scanner. Pack snacks for a longer flight so you won’t spend a lot at the airport for snacks.

Bring a little cash just in case. There are many places that only accept cash. The toll roads in PA are expensive. Expect to pay at least $20 to if you're driving very far in PA. Be prepared for weather of all kinds. My wife and I traveled to the east coast in October as things were starting to cool down. The weather ended up being as high as 80° with high humidity and my wife didn't have any shorts to wear.

Use the upstairs secret gate when the downstairs one is busy. That is a super pro tip for the Pittsburgh airport. Also, the Italian supermarket looking place on the B concourse has slamming sandwiches and coffee. Stay away from the Ft. Pitt tunnel at rush hour. Don't wear Patriot's jerseys on Sunday.

1. wind shield wiper was old and streaked so bad it hinder sight. 2. Front collision alarm would not arm--and yes I read the manual and know how to fix things. 3. Tire inflation light came on and had to refill air pressure numerous times. 4. car pulled to left -probably needs re-aligned. 5. It was a 2017 year car and I have never, in all my rentals, had a car that was not new to that year. 6. It is my humble opinion, if this car had been drive by an inexperienced driver there may have been more issues for your company.
