What is Covid-19

It is a disease caused by the virus "SARS-CoV-2". Today, Global case numbers are reported by the World Health Organization (WHO). The Covid-19 crisis has resulted in major disruption to travel worldwide.

What is the Covid-19 Future Credit Voucher

This voucher will protect the value of a customer’s reservation as travel is disrupted due to this crisis allowing them to apply its full value to future travel.

The credit voucher has no expiration date allowing customers to use it at any point in the future in any location with any of our worldwide suppliers.

How to benefit from this policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on "Sign in" in the right top corner of the page.
  • Enter your reservation number and email address.
  • Click on the "Cancel my reservation" button.
  • Select the reason for the cancellation.
  • Click on "Yes, cancel my reservation".
  • You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your reservation and confirming that you have received a credit for the full value of your prepayment.

When this policy is excluded

This policy is not valid for reservations rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 hours before the reserved pick-up time.

The future credit cannot be used for new reservations which do not have a prepayment.
