When were arrived at Seville one poor girl was in charge of transfers and check ins. Took ages to get picked up and served and when we did we were offered two smashed up vehicles before accepting a third. The girl was in tears with it all poor thing. WORST OF ALL when we returned the car we were told our contract didn't include unlimited mileage when in fact it clearly said it did on our voucher. Still trying to get our money back. WE ARE VERT UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS!!

car was really nice ford fiesta. At the parking hall I found some scratches and dents but the helpfull staff didn't care for those, they were really helpfull and measured and ensured that they won't get me to any extra cost when returning the car. pick up and return both was really easy and fast. no problems there. the back seats fold down nicely to get in 3 people with lots of luggage. i had the car for 7 weeks. you can't beat the price.
The car came with no antenna ? I had couple of friends renting a car from same place. and those had no antenna too. Is this a common gorecord procedure, or is this happening only in alicante airport. make sure you have antenna when you rent a car. we had the car for 7 weeks so we and my friends ended up buying antennas to our cars. There must be now loads of used antennas in gorecord office now.

Easy & inexpensive.
Cigarette lighter not working so couldn't use SatNav. Front tyres nearly bald. A little more care should be taken before hiring out.

Our rental from Record at Alicante airport was a very positive experience. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. Our car was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The collection and return of the car was easy and we had no problems. The money we paid for petrol was refunded promptly as we had returned the car full.
Nothing that comes to mind.

The car we eventually received was a good car, clean and in a good running order. Staff were friendly both at the check and drop-off points. The cost of car hire was significantly cheaper than with other companies. Un-used fuel is paid back onto your credit card.
We had to queue for 3 hours to collect the car as it was the busiest Saturday that Record had experienced. They must have been aware of the number of cars they had booked so needed a better method to speed up collection of the car. Unfortunately the delay meant we missed an event we had planned to attend. I was offered a Ford Ka, I'd booked a Ford Focus or equivalent and did not consider a the Ford Ka to be sufficient to carry 4 adults and all our luggage. I asked for a better car and was then given a Corsa.
