We booked a Volkswagen Touran as wanted the 7 seats although we were only a family of 5. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived they said the car wasn't available. In our experience of the car rental market the headline car that we want to book -which is the one in the picture is never available - they always swap it for something in the 'same band". This practice needs to stop and the customer should receive written confirmation of exactly the car they are paying to rent. We ended up paying for an upgrade to a Renault Grand Scenic which fitted our needs perfectly. The car was a pleasure to drive along Corsica's winding, mountainous. roads and the pick up and drop off with EuropCar was seamless.
