Travel with overhead luggage, only. Bring enough healthy food so that you don't have to overspend and overeat at the airport. Please don't put your extra "stuff" in the overhead bin--use the space under the seat in front of you. Don't fly sick...it's so disrespectful and endangers those around you. Use your "library voices" in the plane; no one wants to hear you yell, laugh, tell jokes or discipline the kids in a loud voice...be considerate.

Pbi is a small airport easy to navigate. When going to baggage claim area car rental desk are right there. After checking in for your car step outside and wait for your respective shuttle. Very easy process. After picking up your car the interstate is very easily accessible. When dropping your rental off hop on shuttle airport is less than 5 minutes away.

PBI is easy to navigate and comfortable, however finding the shuttle van was an adventure. The number I had to call rang to outer space and nobody ever answered it so we went out to the rental car shuttle van area and JUST HAPPENED to see your van. Not a good way to start...

Downtown Palm Beach is definitely a must. The beach Singer Island is amazing, when you cross the bridge there are also boat trips/ fishing If you have kids bring them to Rapid Water Park. PB outlet mall for shopping

West Palm is the perfect airport to fly in or out of. Arrivals and departures are easy to manage, and the employees of the airport are more than happy to help with anything you need. I highly recommend West Palm if you are traveling to this area of Florida. There was some construction inside the terminal, but it was no inconvenience whatsoever. The terminals are organized in an easy to navigate fashion, and the rental/hotel shuttles run regularly just outside the baggage carousels. A very good experience.

Make sure you have a credit card, license and the ability to flow with whatever changes, annoyances that pop up. Some surprises might be good ,some might be bad, just don't let any minor setbacks turn your trip into a nightmare. It's all on you. If you get mad, upset...let it go the second it happens...Peace of mind will be right around the corner. (Usually) As will a better trip.

This airport is pretty small compared to most I've seen. It has all the amenities you could need. It was clean, and well kept. The TSA was a breeze, no lines, and helpful screeners. The car rental desks are right next to the luggage carousals so one can pick up the luggage while the other lines up the car. Al the people that worked there were more than happy to help when asked questions.

We liked this airport as it had a nice setup, was well-lit and the staff were friendly and informative (especially Lila at checkin). Our flight was delayed 3 times so we spend some serious time at the airport and would recommend to other travelers to use the massage chairs! Bathrooms were clean and even though we didn't take advantage, there was a really nice bar at our gate.

Relax and enjoy, Palm Beach has many beautiful places to see if you are a sightseer. If not relax on the beach or take a yoga class. There are plenty of great restaurants if you are a foodie too numerous to name and in all price ranges.You can see Mar a l Lago an old mansion converted into a hotel and restaurants very pricey however. You can enjoy fishing from almost any place along the ocean and intercoastal waterway. In summary, there are tons of exciting things and places to do or like I said before you can sit back and relax . It's your choice

Be aware of when the President (Donald Trump) is arriving in W. Palm. The shuttle bus driver let us know the president was arriving in 3 hours. He said if we had arrived at that time, we would be delayed leaving due to access roads around the airport would have been shut down for security reasons. I'm glad he let us know.
