Not positive. Europcar couldn’t provide a car and ruined my weekend plans. Now all I have is a lot of life admin for a claim for compensation. No stars.

My first car-renting experience was positive. Queue at the check desk was not long, when Europcar employees saw there are two people waiting, they added one more assistant (3 in total). We waited approx 6 minutes. Car was without problems, as well renting the child car-seat. I did not have credit card, they accepted my debit card. Returning car also without problem, some suggestions further.

Fast and courteous service. There are no restrictions on the driver's age, which is important for me and other pensioners. There is no additional charge for the winter package. New cars with low mileage. Convenient fuel policy.
It is advisable to include snow chains in the winter package.
