Very convenient location, paperwork easy to fill out. I booked via a website, too, which was nice. 10% discount for prepaying, which is a nice touch.
The car I rented was out of alignment and had been for a while. This causes severe wear on the tires. The passenger side rear tire was bald and had the steel cord showing. I noticed this after I brought the car back to my cabin. I did not ask for an exchange, but going up hills on a wet pavement proved to be a challenge!

I rented a car in Phuket for about a month. It was my first experience to use a car abroad and we a bit worried as, especially, we travelled with a family...Fortunately, all the experiences have been in vain, and it was found out immediately at the airport. We were met by Sixt employee and get a new car without any delay. All car damages have been fixed in the agreement. Special thanks for the baby seat that was clean and safety. Also we were surprised that we got a new Yaris against our expectation that it will be a previous model. Return vehicle process took maximum 10 minutes. No problem. So we were happy of our Yaris and Sixt that helped our vacation make better. I can confidently recommend Sixt in Phuket!
There is no chauffeur service. I think, it's important to get it

The car hire was quick and service was positive, although we arrived late in Tenerife.
If you don't get the car you reserved, it would be nice to pay the same price the original car was even if car was improved.

It's the first time i experience such a exchange with a car rental team At each level, everything was clearly explained without heavy business pressure which is what i experienced so many times. Either at the front desk or at the car check, the team of sixt Thessaloniki were so nice and helpful. I felt i was in a commercial almost :)
it would have been great not to have to pick up that car from the airport but from Sixt thessaloniki city center as we were already onsite so we wouldn't have had to go especially to the airport.

The staff were very friendly and happy to pass on information about the road network. The staff also treated us professionally and answered every question we had. Collecting and returning the car was hassle free and didn't take too much time either.
Leaving a map of the area in each car would be a great advantage for those who do not have a GPS or mobile data.

Great drop off
Took 45 minutes to check in. Biggest issue: No one has the authority in Denmark at the front desk to issue a refund. That is why it took soooo long for us in line. Every time the people had an issue.. they had to call a supervisor who was somewhere else... who knows where.
