This offer was the best ever, especially given the fact that it was on New Year's eve, with an extremely easy way to book, the lowest price we have ever seen and an excellent service.
We did not have a credit card and had to deposit a large amount of money as a guarantee. If there is a possibility to pay less it would be good.

Good location near the Metro station at Vaci it. Quick and professional service. Winter tires is included in rental fee together with unlimited miles and fee for highways in Hungary. It is possible to cross the borders without any additional charge. We traveled to Austria and Italy. Good value for money.

On arrival the staff at Sixt were friendly and helpful with rapid collection from the airport and transfer to the local office on the airport site. The car supplied, a Toyota Yaris was relatively new, although it had already seen a few collisions with some damaged bodywork and numerous scratches and small dents. Mechanically the vehicle was very sound and economical throughout the 1800+kms we drove. To illustrate this Thai petrol (91) is around 28.5 Thai Baht per litre, and we used only 3 tanks, so less than £60 for the trip. The inside of the car was very clean and was as described regarding the luggage we carried - two large cases and 2 day pack bags. The staff ensured we would be able to locate them on return by placing a favourite location on our google map app on smart phones - very useful. On return the car was checked immediately, and our luggage transferred from the car to a mini-bus to take us to departures, where it was again transferred for us.
More warnings about the local traffic would have been useful - getting south from Bangkok was described as easy, but was a bit of a nightmare. A map, showing local motorways would have been very useful.

We had a issue with my credit card (bank fraud due to over seas). And everyone that worked for sixt helped and we were able to figure it out so we weren't stranded!!! Can't thank them enough. Highly recommended company!!! Car was awesome, clean, dependable!!!

The car rental people at Sixt were super friendly and very helpful and accommodating.
When I tried calling the number they gave me the next day to extend my reservation, the phone just rang and rang and rang and was never picked up. I had to go through the national 800 number.

Absolutely no problems. Car and travel to and from airport clean and all employees excellent.

Great drop off
Took 45 minutes to check in. Biggest issue: No one has the authority in Denmark at the front desk to issue a refund. That is why it took soooo long for us in line. Every time the people had an issue.. they had to call a supervisor who was somewhere else... who knows where.
