Good car, clean and relatively new.
I did have a problem with a minor damage of the car. The staff was unclear about how this will be handled. At collecting the car I had to pay 1200 Bulgarian leva as a guarantee. This is normal and is an reservation. When I came home this amount was withdrawn from my account. At the return I had to sign a new credit card receipt for again 1200 BG Leva. I thought this was a clearance for the first amount due to the damage, but on my credit card account I found out this was also charged. It was said I would receive further notice and my guarantee back within 5 days. I hope this will be done the coming days, but I'm very worried. I rent cars for at least 25 years and had never a problem before.

We were supposed to have an Opel Corsa but we got a Nissan Micra which had gone many miles already and felt much smaller and not very sure to drive 500 km which we had to do to our destination and there was no other car to change it to - so availability of another car possibility would have been nice.

Friendly service and overall a very good experience.
Location is no on-airport as suggested in the voucher, and there is no sign anywhere to be found. The number provided on the voucher is WRONG, and luckily the airport information desk was able to find and provide it. Arriving very late (delayed flight) made it difficult to find anyone. Once found, I was charged an out-of-hours late fee of €20, which was unexpected. Car was provided with only half-full tank (but it was agreed with AddCar that it would be returned in the same condition - and that was OK).
