The car supplied by Megadrive, a Skoda SUV, was clean and well maintained with low mileage. The service representative at check out was very helpful as was the service rep at check in. Over all it was a good experience.
There was a minor discrepancy. In the documentation from Holiday Cars, it appeared to me that the price quoted included the VAT since the document stated something to that effect. However, I was charged an additional VAT because the Service Representative said it was not covered in the quote. Perhaps the Holiday Cars documentation should be written a bit more clearly and specify whether the VAT is covered in the quote or not (unless it already states that and I just misinterpreted.).

Nice, polite and smooth process.
I reserved a Open Insignia Estate or equivalent, because I wanted our three large bags to fit into the trunk. However, I was given a BMW-218, which I did not know beforehand. It turned out that it is a much smaller car, equivalent with a VW Golf. Indeed, only two of our bags fit into the trunk. I did not want to waste time at that point, so I just took the car. What I am specifically disappointed with, is that there does not appear to be any way for me to COMPLAIN as I am entitled to a partial refund.

Had to wait almost an hour to get the car, with only few people in front of me. They were working extremely slow. Eventually when I got the car keys and was pointed out where the car was supposed to be parked, it was not at that place. Had to go back to the office where they admitted their mistake and had to get the car from a totally different place.
