The ladies at First Car were very friendly and helpful. When I picked up my second car, the lady even walked with me to the parking lot so that I could check whether the allocated car was sufficiently spacious. The administration part was smooth. Both cars were clean and in a good condition.
My first car was returned on Thursday 30 March and an invoice was e-mailed to me, but after a week I've not yet received a refund of my deposit. I returned my second car on Sunday 2 April, but after 4 days I've not yet received a final invoice or a refund of my deposit.

The service when we picked up and dropped off our car was efficient at first car rentals at Cape Town international airport.
An amount of money was deducted off my deposit when it was reimbursed so I am in the process of inquiring what the amount was for as the car was signed off without any issues and the tank was full. My suggestion would be that a follow up email is sent to explains what amounts were deducted from a persons bank account.

The car was as advertised and was ready on arrival. Staff member on collection was friendly. On return, the staff member was more so and very quick with the processing.
Computer and copier problems on collection slowed the process down.

Such friendly service and very efficient - much better than other car rental companies I've experienced. It was also easy to find and there was someone waiting at the car to do the check-in. They even gave us a free upgrade and were extremely friendly. Good start to my holiday.
Everything was ready and waiting so I can't fault them. The only thing I could possibly think of that would have been helpful is possibly giving us a map so we didn't get lost.

The car we reserved was not available and we received an immediate upgrade - no questions asked. The staff was friendly and efficient. Cape Town is an awesome holiday destination, from the wonderful Table Mountian to the wine lands of Stellenbosch and Franschoek! The people are friendly and weather was fantastic - natural beauty, great wine and great people. It is what life is supposed to be.
Nothing - we had a great time and the rental experience was efficient and staff was very friendly and helpful.
