Staff were good at respoding to my questions about snow chains and winter tyres prior to arriving at the Chambrey. Chambrey is a very easy airport to get in and out of. The hire car office is only 200m from arrivals and the staff at Holiday cars were very friendly and helpful with both the handing over and taking back of the car.

Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, gave us an upgrade because we had to wait for our car to be readied. The car was very easy to drive.
Returned the car on Saturday and as of Tuesday evening my desposit hasn't been . Give clear instructions on how to get to the French section of the airport when returnin the car, as all road-signs lead to the Swiss side. Getting lost trying to return the car added some stress to the experience, and we met another couple in the lift who also got lost.

Very good car and great service. The price was also very reasonable. I will use the company again.
Another staff member at Nice Airport as there was only one and lots of customers waiting. It didn't bother me as I wasn't in a rush but it did bother other people.
