The employee was pleasant
Clarity around insurance is an absolute MUST. I still have no idea what I was forced into paying, given the fact I was already covered on my credit card. I was told this was not acceptable. Car was not the size I had booked

We didn't actually get to East Midlands in the end. Our flight was cancelled due to French being on strike. But Green Motion were brilliant. They let me have a refund on my booking and they were very understanding. This was a breath of fresh air for us as all our other bookings were not so understanding. We are now flying to England next month and I wilk be sure to book car rental through them. I will also recommend them to my friends.

Green Motion at Edinburgh Airport has been undoubtably the best car rental we've ever had. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Everything ran like clockwork as we were a little worried about arriving on Xmas morning but they could've have been any better. Great set up and easy with the 2min shuttle ride.. Can't fault Green Motion in any way will definetly use again in the future. Thanks Debbie McIntyre

Greeted by Friendly staff at the office and also the gentleman going over the car with me. Very helpful as I was with 3 young children myself and it was Xmas eve!
My only improvement suggestion would be that they could bring the car to the office door for customers to get in there. Because when like me, you have 3 car seats, 3 kids and luggage to load, it's not so easy to get that all over to the car park!

Green Motion are professional and friendly. The car itself was tip top, and the staff were welcoming. The boot space was a bit small for my liking but otherwise the car drove great and overall a great service. I would definitely recommend Green Motion to friends and family. They are great value for money.
We had to wait over an hour on arrival due to a system error / computer glitch, so maybe look at upgrading the computer system.

On arrival, the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. When I told the young man why I was hiring the car (to help my daughter move from Oxford to Bristol to start a uni course) he insisted on up grading me to a car with a larger boot space. He also advised me that I would go over the 90 miles a day limit and suggested I take the up grade to unlimited miles as it would be cheaper. I also decided to take the additional insurance although I doubt I really needed it. It did put my mind at rest,
The return was slow. It was a Sunday and there weren't many staff around. There was a queue of 6 cars and we were all held up because one of the two staff was dealing with a car that had been damaged. I had left enough time to catch my flight but if I had cut it fine I would have been worried. People should also be advised that the shuttle bus takes 45 minutes to do what, on the map, looks like a very short journey. I was last at terminal 2.

Car was ready on time, as described with no hidden extras
1. Green Motion's office are DOWNSTAIRS from the NEC / Train Station Area (not mentioned in instructions). 2. Allow at least 30 mins for pick-up / drop off as Green Motion do thorough checks for damage etc. (good thing) 3. Be aware that you need to bring back the vehicle clean - so find a nearby car wash (took a while) on return.

Car rental was excellent! I thought it may involve old cars or forced upgrades, but staff were friendly and car was new. Great price and service!
