None - poor experience
There are many negative reviews of this company online for a reason. I was unfortunate in not seeing these before my booking due to a last minute decision, otherwise I would have avoided this company altogether. Having selected the maximum protection using holidaycars, I arrived to pick up the car only to be told I had to pay 70 euros for not having a credit card. I was told to go elsewhere if I'm not happy. The voucher I received initially does state a credit card is needed but nothing is mentioned at the time of booking. The voucher also states I do not need any additional CDW. On receiving the contract from OK rental, it shows the 70 euros paid was for additional cover, which did not need! I have heard nothing from them to explain this after sending an email. They are dishonest and in line with the other negative reviews posted.

Short shuttle from airport, refund for unused fuel. Car perfect, courteous service.
Maybe more shuttle buses, a long wait for some when it's busy

Top quality car
They get you to check and report damage before you leave, which is time consuming but well worth it. Make sure you take it back with a full tank to avoid charges.

The service was excellent, the shuttle bus at the airport appeared within minutes from our arrival and took us to the car rental location. There was some wait at the counter but there were several people in line. The clerks at the counter were very efficient. We got VW Polo that only had 1000 km on it; it was looking brand new. Very pleased with it.
It would have been helpful to provide clear directions on the route for returning the car back. We got off the expressway on the airport exit and could not find it, then went back on the expressway to another exit and finally found the signs to OK car rental..
