Airport was clean and the staff courteous. The budget staff was efficient with little wait. They accepting the booking of holidaycars.com with worry which was a relief!
Rental cars passenger side window didn't work. We didn't attempt to use it until we had left the airport. A pre check would have helped with this concenr.

Very good experience with Budget. Fast and friendlycheck in at desk. Friendly and helpful driver with shuttle bus to hirecar zone. Fast there as well with keys. Delivery back was also reasonably quick as there was quite a queue as it was the end of the Easter weekend. Top marks to Budget.

My car was available at the excellent Holiday Cars price. Once I got through the check-in procedure it was a simple matter of driving it off the lot. Budget was good about just giving me the car I wanted without trying to pressure me into a lot of add-ons. I appreciated that.
The rental car location is quite a distance from the terminal and there is often a significant wait getting a shuttle back to the terminal after dropping off the car, so be prepared for that. Also, Budget did not have enough employees handling the people requiring cars. I had to wait in line for 40 minutes before I was able to speak to an agent and pick up my car.

Vehicle was very nice, but it was not ready when I arrived to pick it up and had to wait one hour.
If you book a vehicle for pick up at a given time, the vehicle should be ready.
