An unorganised mess lacking humanity. I booked a 5 day hire but couldn't collect on the first day (Friday) as my father had been taken by ambulance to hospital. I called 15 minutes after I was supposed to collect and explained the situation, indicating a voucher towards future travel, at least for part of the hire would be appreciated. Hertz replied saying that it wasn't possible and that the reason wasn't good enough. On Monday June 1st 2020 (with two days left) I decided to use the remaining two days of the hire which I'd already paid for. I tried to called five times to check if there was a car there for me. It was clear there was someone there but they were just hanging up so I cycled 5 miles to city airport (which I don't recommend, it's a concrete hellscape). When I got there I explained that I'd like to take the car that I'd paid for and I was told they had no cars and that they couldn't do anything and suggested I call customer services. Called the number and discovered it's not being operated due to Covid-19. Again asked for some kind of reimbursement for the two remaining days seeing s I was at the office and ready to pick up the car. The member of staff was extremely rude. Do not give them your money

Everything went smoothly at the Hertz rental. Only waited 10 minutes. The rental agent was pleasant and very helpful. She tried to sell me an upgrade, which I declined. I received a free upgrade anyway. They even accommodated my request for a white car. I loved driving the Toyota Corolla. Fantastic that with Holiday Cars.com you receive some insurance coverage at no extra cost. This was my second rental with HolidayCars.Com and it won't be my last. Great service and Great prices.

I was very happy with the service provided by the staff at the airport location. They were friendly and helpful. A car was available and ready to go when we arrived. The car itself was clean and tidy. The inspection of the car before we started was thorough and we had no reservations about the minor scratches etc that were present. It was easy to complete the pickup and drop off process. Advice was given about an app that was available that was similar to a GPS system and this was most useful when navigating around the various cities we went to in the UAE.
No suggestions as we were happy with the whole process.

Very easy to find the rental car pick up point, and also easy to find the return area. Very efficient, friendly service from Hertz personnel.
The access from the terminal to the rental car pick up area needs to be re built to tidy it up.

The staff were very friendly. All the details and costing were explained well. They had brilliant English! The whole process was simple, easy and quick. The dropping off of the car was also really simple and a real smooth process. Malaga airport is a handy distance from the city and great gateway to south Spain.

Very fast process once we reached the airport. We love the fact that you can choose any car that you want in that category. It's like shopping even before our holiday starts. We can make sure the trunk space is alright, seats are spacious before driving off. After driving off it only take about 5 mins for them to check the car and we are off. Cars were in good condition and a joy to drive
