Automóvel de boa qualidade. Devolução (estorno) do valor correspondente ao combustível não utilizado (devolvi o carro com quase meio tanque de gasolina).
A demanda é muito grande. Deveria haver mais pessoas nos momentos de muita gente na fila.

I WAS SUPRISED TO SEE THE LENGTH OF THE QUEUE ON ARRIVAL. THIS WAS DUE TO ONLY TWO STAFF ON THE DESK. THE STAFF WERE DOING THERE BEST, BUT MORE STAFF WERE REQUIRED.

Improvements needed at the pick up desk - we waited about an hour in very long queve, having stil long drive to Algarve same night.
