Ordered Renault Espace, delivered Seat Alambra which was excellent. Included snow chains I did not order.
Left car at Europe car return in Bergamo. Representative signed the documents that car was in good condition with full tank. When asked for a copy, he said it will be mailed. Copies should be delivered at time of return as up to now I have nothing to show.

We received the car very fast without a queue in 10 minutes and returning back took just 2 minutes. The car was bigger and better than we booked and included a navigation system though I did not pay for it.

No one gave us the card to exit the parking lot. We didn't know we needed one. This created a huge back up of cars while we tried to figure out why we couldn't exit.

Almost a brand new car, and the model I ordered. Smooth process when got started.
Some practical challenges (and we didn't seem to be the only ones). Instructions on how to get out from the garage, and in return how to get in - mainly the gate issue, i.e. how to open, when a ticket is needed. Also the return process was not too clear: "just wait for my colleague to come"...then "wait near your car", i.e. who to ask, where to stand/wait. But overall, it is also a stress situation for the renter :-), and thus I would highlight more the positives.

We travelled over 8,500 km In the Opel Insignia with no worries at all. Very nice car to drive. The car was very clean and well presented. Staff were very helpful. Thank you for a good driving experience.
There was some pre-existing panel damage which we pointed out before taking delivery of the car. This should have been recorded correctly before the car was given to us. However, it was dealt with promptly when we pointed out the existing damage and all went well.
