Unfortunately nothing good to mention accept the guy who checked our car in the end. He was nice, polite and very fast. Thank you!
Worst experience I ever had. Child UN-friendly. Week customer service. We’ve FULLY paid the car in advance. My mother’s luggage was lost at the airport, that’s why we arrived late. My husband agreed with the worker at the stand that we will get the car anyway (he has phoned his manager for approval) and left to help his mother at the lost and found stand at the airport. While my husband was away, I was standing in front of their stand with our 9 month old baby to make sure that nothing is going to change. We waited for more than 1 hour. The baby was tired, hungry and thirsty. I was quite stressed too to be honest and fatigue after the flight. When my husband and mother-in-law finally arrived, the employee said that our reservation has been canceled. We were shocked, however my husband tried to safe this problem politely. The employee didn’t want to make any exception and aggressively repeated the same answer many times: we cannot break our rules. Even though we’ve had an excuse that the luggage was lost they didn’t want to make any exception. In addition they seemed not to care about our baby at all. We didn’t understand their rude and unacceptable behavior at all, since the car was available and our reservation was fully paid in advance. After approximately 1 hour of discussion with the stuff and losing lots of nerves they finally gave us a car. We had to pay a fine for being late... usually I am not leaving any feedbacks, but I don’t want any family to su

We had to point out many dents and scratches on the vehicle that hadn't been previously recorded by the hire company.

August is such a busy time and there is very little space to accommodate travellers and luggage. I expect the rest of the year the staffing and space issues cause no problem. August is a manic month on the island of Sardinia. It is jammed packed.

nice clean fairly new car-fiat panda-lacking a bit on oomph! but you get what you pay for -so no complaints
Getting the car on arrival not good -automatic process via monitor screen not working-but not particularly worse than your competitors based on our previous experiences. Car return not acceptable -made to wait with all the customers freshly booking their cars and told this in rather a curt manner. Luckily another employee passed the desk and I managed to buttonhole him despite having been told no one could help me.He was fine and efficient despite helping some else at the same time.My point is : A separate person should be available to look after the "Return Car" side of things. Going home you cannot afford to miss your flight . ...
