The airport is easily navigated and the location to Phoenix attractions is central. We like the centralized car rental facility and the prompt transportation for airport to rental facility. Car rental was fairly smooth, there was no line at the main counter and we received prompt service.
Sixty could streamline their service. No waiting at the main counter but where we picked the car up things were backed up and we had a short wait.

Personals was professional and friendly. Help me with getting the right car for are holiday. We were traveling through the mountain they suggested and automatic transmission boy where they right. Renting a car from home (Canada) you think you are doing the right choice but a helping hand is alway we'll come Sixt did help me do the right decision.

I had never rented from your company before but our experience was very positive from our picking up the rental to our return a week later. Your personal were very helpful and courteous. If we have the opportunity to rent again from your company we will certainly do so.
I can't think of anything to suggest in the way of an improvement to the service we had at Orlando.

There were no line-ups upon our arrival (unlike the rental company next to it), friendly staff, quick processing for picking up and returning, good value. We had a brand new car!

Transport van driver was pleasant. The rental associate was pleasant and helpful. Bottled water was provided while we waited, which was nice. Good price for one week rental.
Could use better signage at the Orlando airport, we didn't know where to wait for Sixt rental transport van. Waited 20-30 min. for transport van at the airport. Waited in line 30-45 min. to get the rental car.
